THIS IS ONE KILLER BIKE!!!!!!!

KILLER FLAMES!!!

Hot Wheels Modern Classic
SCORCHIN' SCOOTER!!!!

This is a 1/64 scale casting.
These pics are pretty good, but, I can't stress this enough,
they ABSOLUTE
LY do not do this paint justice!!

The casting was stripped, sanded and polished slightly before any paint was done.
Its been a VERY LONG Time since I have done a Scooter!!
I thought it was about time to do another!!!

No major body mods, but although its not real obvious, I did give the upper sides a little "flattening"!! Plus the tires have been sanded!!! They look quite a lot like "rubber" now!!

Other than that, its "just" some KILLER PAINT and details!!!

The paint is ALL AIRBRUSHED (as with all my kustoms) PPG and House Of Color AUTOMOTIVE paint.
PLUS!!!
A LOT of Alclad Chrome Lacquer!!!!

It started with a BLACK CHERRY base color. Alclad Chrome lacquer was used for the flames then a TRIPLE COLOR CANDY FADE of Pagan Gold, Tangerine, and Cherry Red was applied!!! This process was REPEATED THREE TIMES for a Deep Color and a Killer Layered Flame Effect!!!!!
2 part Urethane Clear was finally applied in three coats for ultimate shine and protection!!!
This is SO INCREDIBLY KOOL that words fail to describe what your eyes actually see in person!!!
The Candy Colors will absolutely GLOW and the flames will show the separation of the Multiple Layers with different angles of view
!!!!!!!
IF you have seen one of my kustoms in person before,
then, you know what I mean!!!!
If not, BELIEVE ME.....IT IS KILLER!!!

The wheels were masked off, the engine/pipes, and forks were ALL primed with adhesion promoter, based in Urethane Jet Black, and finally shot with Alclad Chrome!!!!!!!
The tail light, speedometer, and gas cap also detailed with Alclad!!!
I also detailed the grips and exhaust openings with black. Blacked out around the top of the engine. The tail light, carbs, and casing bolts all got a little candy red treatment, and lastly, the seat was painted Flat Black!!!
