Migrate from OLD KB Shop?
IMPORTANT NOTE :
For Those of our customers MIGRATING from the OLD version of the KB Shop
IF you had made a purchase or registered an account with our OLD Store ..we are VERY sorry, but we have not been able to transpose your account to this the NEW KB Store. We tried, very intently..but ultimately failed as the two base/core softwares are totally different and all of our efforts were met with too many errors from 'gaps' due to incompatible database fields.
THE GOOD NEWS IS:
IF you have a registered account with our sister site at FlameMasks.com...We WERE SUCCESSFUL in transferring information over to the new KB shop!!
Its possible that your account may still require some updating from you, but we believe everything is the same as your account at FlameMasks.com.
**IF you HAVE NOT registered at FlameMasks.com...PRIOR to 9/20/09...
PLEASE Skip the procedure below and simply CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT because this site will not recognize you. We do not auto-register at both sites simultaneously. Although, you may request your info to be transferred from one site or the other at any time.
FlameMasks.com Account Holders may try this:
Go to this sites 'login' link, and enter your email registered with FlameMasks.com, along with your password from there.
- IF you get an error or you simply cant remember your password..Click on the 'Forgot Password' link under login fields and type in the email address you registered at FlameMasks.com. You should get a message saying, New Password sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Check your email inbox and you should find a new password within the mail from our new store. Visit the login page again, type in your email addy, and the EXACT password from the email you just received.
- If successful, you will be welcomed and have your account available to you.
- If not...then its likely your information did not transfer over and you will just need to register a fresh account.
- If you DID have success with login...PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT INFO IS CORRECT AND CURRENT and your good to go!
